Setting up a blog is easy. However it’s not as clear-cut as some would believe. Before entering the blogosphere, ask yourself – do you have the resources to keep it going long-term and prevent it from becoming a lame duck?

It happens all the time. A blog will be set up and a couple of posts will be published, until it drifts into obscurity when updating it becomes a bit of a challenge.
